Lighting a space from a 25-foot-tall ceiling can create a challenge, but it is achievable. Where are the people and what are they doing are always the first questions I address when looking at a how to light a space. The lighting plan develops from there, looking at the architectural features, the construction constraints and the decorating style all come into play. The project achieved Tier III certification through MA residential New Construction Program for homes with a 45% more energy efficient than Code requirement.
